Killswitch Engage Immortalized in Terminator Comic
Imagine one's surprise when flipping through the pages of a comic book and unexpectedly seeing a familiar band logo festooned across the chest of one of the characters! That happened recently to friends of Killswitch Engage, who promptly alerted the band of their immortalizing in the second issue of 'Terminator Revolution,' a limited series comic from Dynamite Comics.
Bassist Mike D., a graphic artist himself, told Noisecreep, "It's fun to be a part of comic book culture and the 'Terminator' series. We are proud to be represented. It's great. I used to be a huge comic book fan when I was a kid, but I haven't collected in a while."
Mike D. further commented, saying, "Someone probably went out of their way to do that. It's not easy to do. To consider the text and the perspective on the shirt, there is thought behind that. It looks well thought out to me and a good amount of drawing had to be done to get the text on the shirt. You never see that in comic books. Usually it's a generic design or it's blank."
