Opening Acts Unearth and Lazarus Order Fans to Come Out for Testament Spring Tour

Thrash legends Testament are hitting the road this spring with Unearth (above) and Lazarus A.D. in tow, making for an evening of ear canal-crushing metal that spans generations and genres. The support acts are beyond stoked to pound the pavement with the Bay Area crusaders, as Unearth drummer Derek Kerswill told Noisecreep, "I can't tell you how excited myself and the Unearth camp are about touring with the almighty Testament. We have been fans for years and they are as metal as it gets! This tour is going to slay every city we hit, so get your asses out and rage with us." So consider than an order handed down from those mosh-happy Unearth boys to head out to this tour if it hits your hood.
Lazarus A.D., who've adopted the motto "Thrash or Die" and released 'The Onslaught' earlier this month via Metal Blade, are also on the tour. Bassist/vocalist Jeff Paulick was equally excited, saying to Noisecreep, "It is truly an honor to be sharing the stage with both Testament and Unearth on this six-week trek. Testament brings the old school, Unearth captures the new school and we bring 'em both to the table. This lineup is absolutely sick and any metal fan would be a fool to miss this show. We are looking forward to destroying the stage every night, while destroying an equal amount of alcohol with Testament, Unearth and all the fans afterward!" The tour kicks off May 2 in Seattle and runs through June 12 in San Francisco. You've been warned.
