Shinedown's Zach Myers Doesn't Even Take Tylenol

Ever have a ripping headache? Chances are, you have. You probably went to the medicine chest, popped a Tylenol (or three) and viola! Headache gone! Shinedown guitarist Zach Myers, who doesn't drink or do drugs, has never even taken a Tylenol. But that's not because he adheres to some sort of militant, straight edge philosophy or way of life. That's not the case, not even in the slightest. "I've never swallowed a pill," Myers said to Noisecreep. "It's not a religious thing or anything. If I want to take one tomorrow, I will."
So what does the guitarist do to remedy a common headache since he doesn't go the over-the-counter-route? "I do get headaches and I get terrible neck and backaches, from years of jumping up and down. I just try and relax and sleep it off," the guitarist said.
Now that's mind over matter. Shinedown's most recent rock 'n roll opus, 'The Sound of Madness,' is out now and has just achieved Gold-selling status. Congrats to the boys on their success.

Shinedown? More like "Shakedown". The industry exec that signed these idiots should be shown the working end of a cat-o-nine tails. This is the same recording industry "If we dress 'em up right, we can sell anything" crap that gave us Rap and mindless video games. Nobody seems to have an I.Q. over 40 anymore. Try listening to Warren Zevon sometime. If you don't understand his music, then you probably own a copy of the Shinedown CD.

I think it's pretty damn funny that most of you keep referring to him as a "pot head". I have actually met the guy and he's nothing like you would think. He's an awesome guy. Just because he's a rockstar and he doesn't dress like an engineer you immediately pin him as a drug addict. I am a musician as well who happens to also be an engineer so does that make me a drug addict? Hell no.
However, I also agree with most of you that AOL needs to find something real to report on.

Does anyone really care what this sad bunch of no-talents really do when they have headaches? I mean, look at those cretins - have you ever seen a bunch or retards try so hard for a 'look'?
