Helms Alee to Debut New Tracks on Tour With Russian Circles, Young Widows
Seattle noise rockers Helms Alee -- a band of "friends that write and play music together" -- will hit the road this November with Russian Circles and Young Widows. The three-piece, which features former Harkonen and These Arms Are Snakes member Ben Verellen, will be debuting some new songs from their unfinished sophomore album on the nine-date trek. Russian Circles and Young Widows join Helms Alee straight from Austin, Texas' Fun Fun Fun Fest, which marks the end of their late-October trek with Coliseum, as previously reported by Noisecreep.
Helms Alee's first proper album, 2008's 'Night Terror,' debuted to critical acclaim and is available now through Hydra Head Records, while the band's self-titled EP can be found through Broken Press and Rome Plow Records.
