Vince Neil to Host Off the Strip Poker Tourney This Weekend

On Nov. 8, Mötley Crüe lead singer Vince Neil will literally lend a hand to charity. Vince Neil's 5th Annual Off the Strip Poker Tournament will take place at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Neil will host and tournament director Matt Savage will emcee the event.
The tournament benefits the Skylar Neil Foundation. The foundation donates money for medical research to find cures for juvenile diseases, cancer and AIDS. Vince Neil created the foundation after his daughter Skylar died of cancer in 1995.
A cocktail reception for players and celebrities will take place in the tournament area, and a live charity auction will be held just prior to play. A silent auction will be held throughout the event, giving players a chance to bid on music and movie memorabilia.
You can join in the fun. The entry fee is $550, and you need to register at the casino by 4 PM the day of the tournament. The first 200 players to sign up get a shot at a $50,000 prize pool to be paid on the final table.
