Miley Cyrus Covers Poison

When Poison recorded 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn' for the album 'Open Up and Say ... Ah!!' some 20-plus years ago, the band had no idea how big the song would become. In fact, it's Poison's only number one hit and perhaps the most famous power ballad of the '80s. Now, teen pop superstar Miley Cyrus is about to introduce the tune to a whole new generation.
Cyrus is currently in the studio, recording a new version of the song. Poison front man Bret Michaels is rumored to appear on the track with the 17-year-old Cyrus. The song will likely be included on Cyrus' next album.
According to a statement, Poison was Cyrus' first concert experience.
