Landmine Marathon's Grace Perry Admits Sci-Fi Nerdom

In addition to being a hot librarian and a metal screamer, Landmine Marathon vocalist Grace Perry is an admitted science fiction nerd! She told Noisecreep, "I am one of the biggest sci-fi fans you could ever imagine. I am not talking about those hip nerds that wear iconic Urban Outfitters T-shirts and hop on the 'whatever movie just came out' bandwagon."
Fanboys, are you reading this? Don't overheat and malfunction at this information. "I am a uniform-wearing, annual convention-attending, 'Star Trek' geek," Perry also said.
Clearly, Perry walks the walk and talks the talk. She also said, "I've been to about a dozen conventions, seen legends such as Leonard Nimoy, William Shatner and Patrick Stewart speak and have even met the likes of George Takei and Levar Burton. My sci-fi fandom goes far beyond just being a Trekkie; it includes all realms and sub-genres there are. As of late, I've been trying to start up or join in a [Dungeons and Dragons] game, but I'm only a beginner so apparently I'm not skilled enough yet."
Ok, D&D fans -- time to open up your role-playing game to one Grace Perry. In the meantime, Landmine Marathon's latest, 'Sovereign Descent,' is out March 16.
