Vince Neil Arrested on Suspicion of DUI
Merely a week after appearing in our studio for an episode of the ''Creep Show,' Mötley Crüe singer and solo artist Vince Neil, who is promoting his new solo effort, 'Tattoos & Tequila,' has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of DUI this morning in Las Vegas. He is currently in custody and awaiting bail. This is not the first time Neil has gotten behind the wheel while under the influence. In 1984, Neil and Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas 'Razzle' Dingley were partying at Neil's home outside of Los Angeles when they got into a car. A drunken Neil lost control of the car and crashed into an oncoming vehicle. Dingley was killed and Neil was charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol. His blood alcohol limit was well over California's legal limit. Neil was sentenced to five years probation and spent 15 days in jail. He also paid $2.6 million to the victims and performed 200 hours of community service.
