Anthrax, Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth Rock Sonicsphere -- Video

If you didn't get a chance to witness any of the seven Sonisphere shows featuring the Big Four -- thrash godfathers Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax -- and you couldn't get to your local cineplex to watch the June 22 simulcast from Sofia, Bulgaria, you don't have to wait until the DVD comes out to enjoy the madness.

Professionally shot clips of all four bands' sets have been posted on YouTube. The footage includes the super jam of Diamond Head's 'Am I Evil?'

Sonisphere -- which featured many other bands besides the Big Four -- debuted in June 16 in Warsaw, Poland for a crowd of 81,000. Subsequent shows happened in Zurich, Switzerland, Prague, Czech Republic, Athens, Greece, Helsinki, Finland, Bucharest, Romania and the last show was June 27 in Istanbul, Turkey. The Sonisphere concerts marked the first time the pioneers of thrash metal ever played on the same bill.
