Leaves' Eyes Touring U.S. Without Kamelot

Female-fronted Euro prog metallers Leaves' Eyes will bring their thrilling musical exploits to American soil once again, even though the Kamelot tour was cancelled. These American dates mark the band's first in support of their most recent album, 'Njord.' If you like your metal epic and lush, with bewitching and beguiling female vocals, then get you ass off the couch and out to your local venue, if the Leaves Eyes' tour dates are hitting your town.

"We were scheduled to play on the upcoming North America tour with Kamelot," the band said in a statement. "We are really sad about everything that happened leading up to Kamelot having to cancel their tour, and we wish Roy all the best. Yesterday we played the Progpower Festival in Atlanta for a awesome audience! Thanks to the fans and the organization for a great experience! We came a long way and we are here to play for the American fans."

They continued, "At this moment, the promoters are doing everything possible to keep this tour going on in North America for Leaves' Eyes, and some shows have been confirmed. If you already have a ticket for a Kamelot/Leaves' Eyes/Blackguard show, you can refund where you purchased it and you can get a new discounted ticket for the Leaves' Eyes/Blackguard show! We hope to announce more news on this soon."
