Black Dots of Death Reveal 'Rebirth' in 'Standing Alone' -- Song Download

Slipknot percussionists Shawn Crahan, more properly known as Clown, has always been one to veer into the strange and perplexing darkness when it comes to side projects while away from the 'Knot. 'Standing Alone' -- which is moved by a delivery reminiscent of Tom Waits -- holds Crahan to his original promise of expecting the unexpected from his newest project.

"The Black Dots of Death for me is a rebirth, a midlife second coming," Crahan said in a statement. Noisecreep is beyond proud to offer this peek -- and free download -- into Crahan's new musical endeavor.

Set for a March 1 release, 'Ever Since We Were Children' looks to meet the macabre standard that we have all grown to love from Crahan. And, as always, he's offering up visual art to go with the audio. Included in all pre-orders of the CD are limited sets of unique, uncanny photos and a Black Dots of Death patch.
