Godsmack, Stone Sour Set For Inaugural Welcome to Rockville Festival
Universal Republic
Godsmack, Seether and Stone Sour will headline the first ever Welcome to Rockville festival in Jacksonville, Fla. The fest will go down May 8 in Jacksonville's Metropolitan Park.
Other bands slated to play include Theory Of A Deadman, Puddle Of Mudd, Skillet, Halestorm, Rev Theory, My Darkest Days and Cold.
The fest will feature three stages, meaning non-stop music and Mistress Juliya of Fuse TV fame will host the fest.
"I'm psyched to be the voice of Welcome To Rockville," Juliya remarked in a press statement. "Florida is the birth ground for so many great bands from the metal and rock scene this festival just brings everything full circle."
The festival is presented by Danny Wimmer (a partner behind Rock on the Range) and Mike Yokan and Jason Lewis of Orange Garden Productions.
Tickets go one sale March 4 via the official fest website. VIP packages are available.
