Axl Rose and Tom Cruise Have the Same Vocal Coach

Now here are two names rarely mentioned in the same sentence: Tom Cruise and W. Axl Rose. It turns out that the actor and the Guns N' Roses singer both train with the same vocal coach.
Cruise is currently preparing for his upcoming role in the film version of the Broadway hit 'Rock of Ages,' training for his role in the musical five days a week. According to TheWrap.com, Cruise is working with the same vocal coach as the one and only W. Axl Rose. Apparently, Axl's voice teacher is one of the very best, and 'Rock of Ages' director Adam Shankman says that Cruise has made some serious progress.
Cruise will play rocker Stacee Jaxx in the film. No word on whether or not Axl will attempt to finagle a cameo via this indirect business association.
