The Motor City Madman and Homer Simpson together on one episode of 'The Simpsons?' Yes, you read that right. Uncle Ted Nugent, known for his conservative values and love of hunting and eating game no matter how much it ticks off PETA, will be appearing in animated form on an upcoming episode of the beloved series. Entertainment Weekly reports that the episode is titled 'Politically Inept With Homer Simpson,' and The Nuge will simply play himself.
In the episode, Nugent runs for president on the Republican ticket and seeks an endorsement from Homer Simpson, a TV pundit with his own show called 'Gut Check with Homer Simpson.'
Fans will have to wait a while to see the Nuge in animated form, as the episode is not set to air until sometime next season. The Nuge briefly appeared in a Simpsons episode during season 19, but only as a voice on the telephone.
