Anvil's 'Lips' Now Has a Retirement Fund

In a recent chat with VH1 Radio, Anvil vocalist Steve "Lips" Kudlow said that the film release of Anvil! The Story of Anvil
Lips said, "Right now, it's like a retirement fund. I never worked an actual full-time job, I always worked half days. So, if I live long enough, there'd be virtually nothing to live off of. So if anything, what this has done is given me a retirement fund so that when I am 70 years old and the band isn't on the road anymore, I'll actually be able to cover my bills. I mean, that's the way I look at it."
Nothing like a little retirement age security, courtesy of a rock 'n' roll life well lived.
Anvil's latest, 'Juggernaut of Justice,' is out now. The album is their first since the documentary was released.
