Chickenfoot's sophomore album has a release date, but no title.
The band's second album, which will follows up their well-received self-titled debut, which came out in 2009, is due to drop on September 27th. The release will be preceded by the first single, titled 'Bigfoot,' which is set to hit radio this month.
Singer Sammy Hagar had previously said that the album would be called 'Chickenfoot IV,' but that plan has since been scrapped by the band in favor of something else, which has yet to be revealed. Also, bassist Michael Anthony had said that the upcoming set would be heavier than the band's debut.
