Brokencyde Announce New Album
Kerosene Media
Controversial Albuquerque, N.M. crunk outfit Brokencyde are set to return with their third album 'Guilty Pleasure' on November 8th. The album will be sold exclusively at all Hot Topic locations and will be available online through all digital retailers.
"We're always trying to stay one step ahead of everyone," commented vocalist Mikl. "There is less screaming on this record, but that's just because we've had more fun doing songs that are more pop and hip-hop based. That's not to say screaming isn't a part of Brokencyde's sound, because we still have tracks on this record like 'Still the King', which have a lot of screaming. At the end of the day, the last thing we want to be is predictable and do what people expect us to do. We always want to keep moving our sound forward to keep things fresh for us and fans."
Brokencyde's most recent album was 2010's 'Will Never Die.'
