A crazed fan who reportedly left a sacrifice at the home of Black Label Society guitarist Zakk Wylde has been ordered to keep his distance for the next three years, according to TMZ.

At a hearing yesterday (Sept. 23) in Los Angeles, a judge extended what had been a temporary restraining order against John Radich, a 20-year-old neighbor Wylde claims in court documents has been "deemed mentally ill." Radich is required to keep at least 50 yards away from the rocker and his family.

In addition to leaving the sacrifice, which consisted of a guitar decorated with Sharpie marker, TMZ reports, Radich has been accused of breaking into Wylde's home studio and referring to him as "The Master."
