Attention, home shoppers! Poison's Bret Michaels is headed to HSN to perform live and to promote his exclusive Signature Acoustic Guitar Collection via Dean guitars. Michaels will perform six songs before a live studio audience and will bundle the 'Learn to Play' DVD at HSN.com and on HSN for October.
Michaels will perform and launch his wares on Oct. 2 at 8:00AM EST. The performance takes place at the HSN headquarters in Florida.
In a statement, Michaels said, "I'm thrilled to bring my Signature line of Guitars, my vocal warm-up CD and my solo album, 'Custom Built' to HSN. HSN has a track-record of bringing innovative, high-quality products to their customers, so this is a natural partnership for me."
Michaels is offering an exclusive acoustic package that includes the choice of either a black Player guitar or a pink Jorja Raine guitar, along with an 8 x 10 lithograph signed photo of Bret Michaels; a Bret Michaels guitar strap; a set of three Bret Michaels guitar picks; and a 'Learn to Play' DVD with over 400 minutes of practice sessions from TrueFire for $299.95.
But wait, there's more.
A two-disc vocalizer CD including a collection of vocal warm up exercises for aspiring singers as well as Bret's CD, 'Custom Built,' will also be available for sale. It's all you need to play like Bret.
'Every Rose Has Its Thorn,' 'Something to Believe In' and 'All I Ever Needed' are among the songs Michaels will perform.
HSN isn't the only retailer partnering with the singer-guitarist. Michaels will launch a line of rock 'n' roll pet items at PetSmart in summer 2012, as well. The collection will be called Pets Rock. They should just call it BretSmart! Go here for more info.
