Jon Bon Jovi is looking to unload his posh New York City digs.
The New Jersey born and bred singer has listed his sprawling Manhattan pad, which features stunning panoramic views of the city, on the market to the tune of a cool $45 million.
According to the Daily Mail, the condo is located in Soho, situated at 158 Mercer Street, if you are a Jovi fan who wants to gawk at the building's facade and/or exterior next time you are in the city. The building has a bit of a cultural stain on it, though; Mark Madoff, the son of Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff, committed suicide in the building last December.
Still, that cold, hard fact might not be enough to scare off potential buyers. The crib takes up two floors and has six bedrooms, two of which are master suites. It also features six bathrooms; two kitchens; three outdoor terraces; and more. That's a lot of bathrooms and kitchens, no?
