Guns N' Roses Cancel Tonight's Concert in Mississippi
Mark Allan, AP
Bad news for Mississippi-based Guns N' Roses fans. Tonight's show in Southaven, Miss. has been canceled.
This is the second time Axl Rose and co. have been forced to cancel a gig on their high-profile U.S. tour due to production issues.
The tour, which is the band's first trek of the U.S. in many years, is going incredibly well, save for a cancellation in New York in November because of staging problems. That cancellation was not the result of any sort of internal drama or Axl Rose diva antics. It was a matter of a permit issue with the venue. It appears that tonight's cancellation down south is for similar reasons.
Nevertheless, ticket holders for this evening's show can obtain a refund at the point of purchase.
