Labyrinthe Land Record Deal
Tribunal Records
Emerging from Charlotte, NC, in late 2008, the band has released 3 demos and has some DIY touring with Attila and Wretched. Labyrinthe's first full-length album, 'The Depths of Hell,' was produced by Kyle Odell (Killwhitneydead, Bloodjinn) at his Attack Time Studios and fuses death metal-tinged riffing and confrontational lyrical imagery with calculated breakdowns.
"We in Labyrinthe are happy to announce that we have signed with Tribunal. We feel that Matt understands where we want to take this band and the sound we are trying to accomplish. I am personally looking forward to see where this partnership can take us as well as the experiences it will create for us in the future," comments vocalist, Mark De Gruchy.
Given Tribunal Records' 12 year history within the North Carolina metal scene it was only a matter of time before this union would become official. 'The Depths of Hell' will be released on Mar. 11.
