Marilyn Manson, Johnny Depp, 'You're So Vain': Duo Cover Carly Simon

Whatever the reason, Depp backs Manson on a version that's slated to appear as a bonus cut on the shock rocker's upcoming 'Born Villain' album, due out May 1.The actor plays both drums and lead guitar, according to Consequences of Sound, and while the track has yet to surface, Manson certainly has a winning record with Top 40 covers. Among his more memorable tracks are his versions of Eurythmics' 'Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This),' Soft Cell's 'Tainted Love' and Depeche Mode's 'Personal Jesus.'
Those are closer in sound and spirit to Manson's industrial-pop sound than Simon's signature tune, but knowing Manson, he walked into the studio like he was walking onto a yacht and put it down glammy-vampire style, just like the old days.
