AC/DC Talk Playing Classic Album in Full, TesseracT Vocalist Leaves Band + More

Would AC/DC ever perform a full album on tour, like, say, Back in Black, only one of the biggest-selling albums ever? It's a daunting thought, but one that frontman Brian Johnson considers in a new interview. "I don't know if I could do it now!," Johnson shared. "One song after another, that might require some shifting, because I'm 64 now and I recorded those songs when I was like 30, never thinking that one day 32 years on that I would have to keep singing them in that key and in that register. Because as you know, AC/DC do not cheat. We absolutely refuse. Could you take it down a notch? Why? It would ruin the song." AC/DC may be older, but they still fucking rock. Vocalist Elliot Coleman has left djent metallers TesseracT. "Sadly, our good buddy Elliot has decided to leave team TesseracT. We'd like to thank Elliot for everything he has done for us. We have loved having him be a part of this beast. He introduced us to a completely different side of our sound, as well the delights of Pho! Things we will always be grateful for. So, as well as continuing to write and record album 2, we are also on the hunt for that special (shpecial) person to be the new full-time TesseracT vocalist," said the band in an official statement. Hellbilly headbanger Hank3 will hit the road on the third leg of his U.S. tour in August. The country rocker will blaze a trail through the U.S. up through Labor Day weekend. Agnostic Front will be taking part in the upcoming CBGB Festivals with their brother band Madball on July 5 at Webster Hall in New York City. Murphy's Law and Maximum Penalty will also appear. That's some classic late '80s and '90s hardcore right there. By the way, did you hear that Alan Rickman will play CBs owner Hilly Kristal in the upcoming film about the famed (and shuttered) Bowery club?
