Lamb of God's Randy Blythe Could Be Freed Next Week + More News
Randy Blythe
Despite posting bail, Blythe remains in custody in a Czech Republic prison, facing manslaughter charges stemming from a 2010 incident involving a fan who bum-rushed the stage and later died from head injuries reportedly sustained in the confrontation. The prosecutor has three days to approve the singer's release, but since Thursday and Friday are public holidays, the deadline is extended to Monday, July 9.
If the prosecutor approves the release, the frontman could be out of the jail in a matter of days. However, if both the court and the prosecutor agree to oppose Blythe's release, his bail would likely be canceled and refunded.

Santos even declares, "We didn't get here overnight." Nothing worth achieving was ever achieved easily or quickly, right? Watch and learn! [Via Century Media Press Release]

Florida rockers Nonpoint made a splash in the early '00s and they continue to make music and release albums. The band boasts an entirely revamped lineup, but singer and band mainstay Elias Soriano revealed how he recruited replacements, saying, "We like to ask our peers and our friends, people who kind of know our style and know the type of people that we are. So, when you ask close friends they know your personality and who you're going to mesh with...the package kind of all came together and the guys just fell right in, it was great. The chemistry was already there." [Loudwire]
