5 Ways to Kill Time When You're Out on Tour by 3 Pill Morning
Fresno Media
Hooking up with Nashville-based producer Jon King (Augustana, Throwing Gravity), 3 Pill Morning wasted no time and refocused their energy into recording, and reworking songs and ideas to help perfect their already strong sonic attack. After landing a record deal in 2012, the group released Black Tie Love Affair, their latest album. So far, the singles "Rain" and "Skin" have found success on radio and the band's recent tour with 12 Stones found 3 Pill Morning playing to their biggest audiences yet.
Being the road dogs they are, 3 Pill Morning sent Noisecreep a list of 5 things to do while you're out on tour. This is useful stuff, folks.
1. Words/Scramble with Friends
Let's face it. We've got time to kill every day and nothin' like some healthy competition to pass that time. We are this good.
2. Looking for Sasquatch
We've covered every inch of this country and Big Foot is out there and he's real. Hell, he might have been at a show of ours. We'll find him.
3. Hitting the local Anytime Fitness and doing curls for the girls
If you're gonna party, eat gas station garbage food and pizza, you're gonna have to hit the gym. Try Euro-Training.
4. Sleep and sleep some more from being tired from sleeping
Bored = Sleep, Tired = Sleep, Kill Time = Sleeping is a time warp. But don't sleep walk...ask Bizkit
5. Working on new music and ABDC dance moves
Sometimes ya just gotta dance. We do some part time choreography that they used in the video. Good stuff, we're proud!
3 Pill Morning's Black Tie Love Affair is out now via eOne and is available on iTunes.
