Puscifer, featuring Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan, will drop Donkey Punch in the Night, an eight-song EP, on Feb. 19. The set will feature two brand new songs, as well as two covers: one of an Accept song and one of a Queen ditty. Well, that's eclectic, to say the least.

"While continuing our tradition of releasing a few new songs at a time," explained Keenan, "I also had an itch that needed scratching, and that itch was 'Balls to the Wall.' Which was followed by an even harder to reach itch known as 'Bohemian Rhapsody.' And scratch them we did." So one might say that Puscifer scratched their balls.

UK rockers Biffy Clyro have announced the U.S. release of their new album, Opposites, on March 12 via Warner Bros Records. A deluxe double album with "making-of" documentary will be available the same day. The first single off Opposites, "Black Chandelier," premiered today on Radio 1's Zane Lowe show. Produced by GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against the Machine) in Los Angeles, Calif., Opposites is the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed Only Revolutions, which sold over 800,000 copies worldwide and earned a Mercury Prize nomination. The Sunday Times, Kerrang and Q each gave it four stars, Esquire labeled it "a blistering triumph" and the NME declared that the release "springs the band instantly level with the greatest rock acts in the world."

The Carla Harvey and Heidi Shepherd-fronted metal band Butcher Babies has signed to Century Media. The L.A. band mixes heavy metal with horror theatrics, and has two hot chicks as the frontwomen. "Century Media has been a huge supporter of Butcher Babies for a long time, and it feels natural to join their tightknit family," said the band of their signing. "It's an honor for us to be on a roster amongst many other bands that have inspired us for so long. We couldn't be more excited about the future of this union." We couldn't agree more.
