Ozzy Talks New Black Sabbath Album, Carcass Reunion Rumors + More News
Total Assault
There's a new Carcass album reportedly in the works. The band is supposedly finishing up its first studio release in 17 years with master producer Colin Richardson, if you believe the rumors. There is no label in place to release the platter yet. It is expected to land in early 2013. Who's stoked and who is the lucky record company to put it out? We'll predict Century Media! Stay tuned...[Blabbermouth]
Kyuss still lives! We think... Former Kyuss (and Kyuss Lives!) members Brant Bjork, John Garcia and Nick Oliveri, who were battling other ex-members over the usage of the name, have formed a project called Vista Chino. The band is comprised of the three founding members of Kyuss, along with guitarist Bruno Fevery. No Josh Homme, sadly. Vista Chino are currently recording new material. They hope to release music in 2013 and support it with a tour. [FMQB]
