Tommy Lee Lawsuit: Photographer Says He Suffered Injuries After Motley Crue Drummer Hit His Camera

Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has been hit with a lawsuit by freelance photographer Freddy Hernandez.

Hernandez alleges that on July 7, 2012, he was taking pictures of Lee at a public beach in Palm Beach County, Fla. The lawsuit via Loudmouth claims that Lee "touched and/or struck" Hernandez without his permission, hitting his camera, and a result, Hernandez suffered injuries.

Attorney Robert Dixon of the Law Offices of Robert Dixon, a personal injury law firm, is representing the plaintiff.

A few weeks after the alleged altercation, Lee coincidentally posted a lengthy post on his Facebook page, venting his frustrations over photographers and fans who want to take photos with him.

"What I have a problem with is... taking pictures! I hate it! Irritates the fuck out of me when people say... 'You owe it to your fans, they put you where you are, etc. etc.!'" he wrote. "I certainly don't owe anybody anything!"

Tommy Lee is an okay drummer. His drum solos are weak. As far as fans wanting a photo it comes with the job get over it tommy. Be happy you have the best job in the world. I have been playing drums a long time and can only wish I had a job like yours-- playing in a great band making alot of money and seeing the world. Let go of the ego.

Tommy your a drummer. Not even an outstanding drummer. You don't owe your fans anthing? Have you ever thought about taking a real look at yourself, so you would realize there is no reason for you being rich and famous other than your fans took you under their wing. Seriousily dude, look in the mirror and reflect on your life. There's nothing special about you. You have tha gall to say you owe the fans nothing... as judge judy would say, are you on meds,drugs or all of the above. Your clearly confused about your actual contribution to the human experience.

uptil I looked at the check ov $9321, I have faith that...my... father in law woz actualey making money in there spare time from their computer.. there great aunt started doing this 4 only about 7 months and at present cleard the morgage on there mini mansion and got themselves a Acura.
