Former Krokus drummer Dani Crivelli has passed away.

In a statement on their website, the band writes, "We are saddened to report to you that our ex-Krokus drummer Dani Crivelli passed away. Our sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. Also a native of Solothurn, Switzerland, Dani joined KROKUS in 1987, replacing Jeff Klaven. You can listen to him on the band's 1988 HEART ATTACK release that included KROKUS staples like "Rock'n'Roll Tonight" and "Wild Love"."

They added, "He always kept in contact with the band over the years. We liked his straight forward, but true words about music and life. Recently, Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon have filled headlines with divorce rumors, but this time, it's Ozzy who's ready to do the talking.

Is Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's 31-year marriage coming to an end?

On Sunday (April 14), Britain's The Sun newspaper claimed that the rocker and his wife were on the brink of a divorce, reporting that the two were living apart -- Ozzy in a small rented apartment and Sharon at a Beverly Hills hotel a few miles away -- and had not seen each other in three weeks.

"They aren't acting like husband and wife," a source told the paper. "It is unusual to not even have dinner together when both of them are five minutes apart."

Former AC/DC and Rose Tattoo bassist Neil Smith died today (April 7) after a battle with cancer.

The news was announced by his family on the musician's official Facebook page (via NineMSN).

"Neil Smith passed away in the early hours of the morning, Sunday the 7th of April 2013," the statement said. "He was sleeping peacefully and surrounded by family. Neil is now in peace and is no longer battling with cancer. There is not a person out there who has met him and not felt like their lives were better for the experience. He was a loving and devoted father, a loyal friend and all round generous person. He was larger than life, and his passing will be felt. UPDATE (4/13/12 5 PM): According to Hate's official Facebook page, Slawomir 'Mortifer' Archangielskij's autopsy report determined that he died of heart rhythm disturbances (Herzrythmusstörung). The group wrote, "It is also known that Slawek suffered from asthma and had problems with breathing whilst asleep (obstructive sleep apnea). His family would like to thank everybody who helps and supports them in this tragic moment with the following words: We would like to thank for sympathy, love and any kind of support that we have been given by Sławek's friends from the bands Hate, Naumachia and Saltus. We also would like to thank the band Hypocrisy for their attitude and support which is very much appreciated. Hate, a Polish death metal band, is mourning the sudden death of their bassist.

The group released the following statement on their Facebook page, "[During the] night [of] April 5-6 near the German town of Munchberg, our friend, best comrade and longtime bass player unexpectedly passed away. After the show in Stuttgart last night, he went to sleep and never woke up. We found him lifeless early in the morning and immediately called an ambulance. He was reanimated, but to no avail. Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has been hit with a lawsuit by freelance photographer Freddy Hernandez.

Hernandez alleges that on July 7, 2012, he was taking pictures of Lee at a public beach in Palm Beach County, Fla. Original Korn drummer David Silveria has pleaded guilty to DUI after he was arrested in March 2012 for a hit-and-run.

According to TMZ, David was arrested last March in Huntington Beach, Calif. after rear-ending another car and allegedly fleeing the scene while under the influence of a sleeping pill. He claimed to have blown a 0.0 on the breathalyzer at the time he was pulled over, and said the accident "was an honest mistake."

The site reports that earlier this week, David struck a deal with prosecutors after previously pleading "not guilty" in August. Former Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody has been sued by his managers, who say the song-writer owes him $500,0000 in unpaid commissions.

According to TMZ, Rider Management Inc. has sued Moody, claiming they signed a deal with him in 2006 that would entitle them to receive commission on his songs. They say they haven't seen that money.

It looks like that's the case for Tommy Aldridge, who announced he is rejoining Whitesnake after Brian Tichy left the group earlier this month.

This will be the third time Aldridge is back in the group, and he couldn't be more than excited to play again with them.

Black Sabbath confirmed today (Jan. 13) that they're reuniting with a new album and are embarking on tour this year.

The album is, 13, will hit stores in June.

Their tour will kick off in Auckland, New Zealand on April 20. Tichy was mountain bike riding when he fell and broke his collarbone, forcing him to miss his New Year's Eve Las Vegas concert at The Moby Dicks All-Star Tribute to Led Zeppelin show. Luckily, Quiet Riot's Frankie Banali filled in for him at the show.

Here's a new way to get engaged: A Twitter proposal!

DJ Deadmau5 tweeted to girlfriend Kat Von D yesterday (Dec. 15), "I can't wait for Christmas so... Katherine Von Drachenberg, will you marry me?" and posted a photo of a diamond engagement ring, adding, "Changing the diamond to a black diamond FYI. Sorry for the_thumbnail.jpg ... they'll finish the actual ring soon I hope. I love u."

Kat Von D quickly tweeted back, "Mi corazon [my heart]!!! Thank you all for the lovely congratulations! Please excuse me while I go squeeze the hell out of my fiance!"

In a recent interview with Howard Stern, Sharon Osbourne revealed that she and her husband Ozzy Osbourne underwent expensive DNA screenings to ensure that they were both in good health.

Sharon, who battled colon cancer in 2002, said it was a big cost, but ultimately necessary.

"It was hugely expensive -- $250,000," the television personality shared via UK's The Daily Mail. "The scientists wanted to see how Ozzy had lived so long despite the drink and drugs.
