While most people either really love or hate heavy metal, Metallica crossed over from cult band to mainstream with their self-titled "Black" album. Even soccer moms love Metallica these days which is all the more reason for Metallica to do a halftime show of nothing by songs from Master of Puppets. It would confuse the casual fans, be considered "edgy" by mainstream media outlets and actually be fulfilling for the metal faithful.
