'Metallica' is the right choice. Whether it was truly the best album of 1991 is debatable; its impact, influence and success, however, is not debatable. It was truly the year of "the black album." (Note how many years in a row Metallica won as of 1992. The Tull Debacle got the NARAS folks good and scared of Metallica, didn't it?)
