Unseen Terror, "Garfield Strikes Again"
One of countless extreme crossover bands that sprouted in the U.K. during the mid-1980s, Unseen Terror featured Mitch Dickinson of Heresy along with Shane Embury of Napalm Death. Their series of Garfield-oriented songs took hating Mondays to a new level, and proved that the origins of grindcore are not based solely in grim, humorless despair. They weren't alone in celebrating the fat cartoon cat, either, as Norway's black metal bible Slayer Mag also featured Garfield in its early issues.
