L.A. Guns, 'Cocked & Loaded' (1989)

These Hollywood-based sleaze-rockers went to battle in the rock press over who really had the right to use the L.A. Guns name. Ultimately, Tracii Guns (also a founding member of Guns N' Roses) won the legal battle and got full ownership of the band name. That hasn't stopped from his former bandmates to continue using the L.A. Guns name when they tour.
