Misfits, 'Walk Among Us'

This New Jersey punk rock institution battled over the use of their famous moniker for years. In 1995 the parties finally reached an out-of-court settlement that allowed bassist Jerry Only and guitarist Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein to record and perform as the Misfits, sharing merchandising rights with former singer Glenn Danzig.
