Ratt, 'Out of the Cellar' (1984)

In the early '00s, vocalist Stephen Pearcy left Ratt and tried to tour still using their name in the promotional material. The original members went to court and original guitarist Warren DeMartini and drummer Bobby Blotzer won the right to use the name exclusively. Pearcy has since been welcomed back into the Los Angeles-band and released the critically acclaimed 'Infestation' album in 2009.
