In 2010, guitarist Frankie Sullivan sued his former singer Jimi Jamison and barred him from using the Survivor band name to help promote his solo live appearances. Even though Sullivan won the case, Jamison has since rejoined Survivor and the Chicago 'Eye of the Tiger' rockers will be touring with the melodic rockers in 2012.
