15. Jimmy Urine (Mindless Self Indulgence)

"MSI is a band I’ve wanted to work with since I started in music photography. I lined up a spread with them, but being that it was winter, I knew I was shooting inside the Palladium, and options would be limited. One of my favorite shots of the set was against their massive backdrop. Anytime a band has a giant backdrop with their logo or name on it, its always good to shoot against. I shot these with the palladium lighting (which is far above them in front and behind) So I went with the 85mm 1.2 to go tight and have separation. I had a couple shots of him looking at the lens but I really liked this shot of him looking away even more."
