New Jersey legend Bon Jovi was co-owner of the arena football team the Philadelphia Soul from 2004 - 2010. More recently, he and his wife Dorothea extended the charitable efforts of their Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation by opening the Soul Kitchen, a "pay-what-you-want" restaurant that feeds the hungry and encourages paying customers to leave what they can to help make a difference.
