Warrant's Jani Lane Arrested for DUI in Los Angeles

Life has been unkind to Warrant frontman Jani Lane since the early 1990s. First, grunge happened. Then, he jumped the Warrant ship to launch a so-so solo career. Rehab stints followed, and Lane even appeared on VH-1's "Celebrity Fit Club" series. Last fall, after reuniting with the band, he was given the boot. And life just isn't letting up.

According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the "Cherry Pie" singer was arrested Wednesday night (June 17) following a traffic accident. He was charged with a misdemeanor DUI as a result. No one was hurt in the fender bender, which was called in at around 9:30 PM, because, well, Lane reportedly hit a parked car. When officers arrived, Lane allegedly showed signs of intoxication.

Lane, who is 45, is being held on $30,000 bail.
