Ozzy Osbourne, 'Let Me Hear You Scream' -- New Song

Ozzy Osbourne

Metal siren/Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson is known for his "Scream for me [insert city here]" declarations while performing, but metal's reigning Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne, is asking all his fans to scream, too! Noisecreep is proud to offer 'Let Me Hear You Scream,' the brand new track from Ozzy's forthcoming new album, 'Scream,' due in stores June 15 through Epic. Featuring Ozzy's signature nasally vocals and potent riffing, the song is Ozzy at his most anthemic. Scream like you want it, Ozzy says!

'Scream' is a compact, economical song, running under three-and-a-half minutes in length -- and it earns two very enthusiastic horns up. Once it burrows into your brain and infests your senses, it will inspire you to sing along, thanks to the chorus.

Listen to 'Let Me Hear You Scream'

Ozzy OsbourneThe song debuted last night on the 'Redemption' episode of 'CSI: New York,' and we think the crime procedural should be renamed 'CSI: Ozzy' in his honor. The song was featured during a prison riot scene, a more than fitting scenario for the tune.

Also, Firewind guitarist Gus G capably steps into the boots vacated by longtime Ozzy cohort Zakk Wylde, and his new axologist fires off heavy artillery riffs. Ozzy is set to embark on an 18-month world tour in support of 'Scream.'

Now crank up your speakers and listen to Ozzy scream!

Not the same without Zakk, solo is terrible compared to him, Ozzy, you can do so much better... Anyways, I have to say, lyrically this song sort of reminds me of Mr. Tinkertrain, don't know if it's intentional or not or maybe just subtext, but I cannot help but feel its like a more evil version of that, clearly it has the obvious surface message. I might be crazy, but I thank Ozzy for it.

Ozzy, this is GOLD! I honestly was pissed as hell that you and Zakk split up, but Gus is talenteed too. I'm a Wylde fan forever though. Regardless of the guitarist I'm an Ozzy guy all the way and this is a great song. Can't wait for the new album!

Wow - anothe overproduced Ozzy tune that sounds like it was written by a hired gun. And perhaps the most lame guitar solo ever on an Ozzy record. Just a bunch of mindless noodling.
