The Devil Wears Prada Back to the Roots Tour Dates

The Devil Wears Prada should tear up the leases to any apartments they may currently live in, since the band is headed back out on the road again for the Back to the Roots Tour, which is presented by Rockstar Energy Drink. TDWP are rediscovering their roots by electing to play hole-in-the-wall clubs, which will provide a more interactive experience for their fans. And by interactive, they don't mean digital. They mean participatory, where TDWP faithful can be a part of the show, sing on the microphone and not be separated from the band by barriers or beefy, burly security principles.
The band will spend its summer performing at massive outdoor festivals and mix things up a bit by playing intimate, headlining gigs at packed, sweaty venues. The "roots" shows will begin on June 28, with 40 or so planned throughout the rest of the summer. In keeping with the "roots" theme, the band will also reach deeper into their catalog for the set list.
TDWP vocalist Mike Hranica said in a statement, "One of the primary elements of the Back to the Roots Tour is playing a few 'Dear Love' songs that we have not played in a long time, and probably will not play again or anytime soon."
