The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza, 'Danza III' -- Album Art Premiere

Murfreesboro, Tenn.'s resident experimental metal band the Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza will release 'Danza III: The Series of Unfortunate Events' -- their third album, ostensibly -- on July 6 on the Black Market Activities label, and Noisecreep gives you an exclusive look at the cover art in video form. 'The Union', from the new album is the video's soundtrack, which we mentioned last month.
Award-winning designer Michael Windsor created the art, as he has previously for bands like the Red Chord and the Black Dahlia Murder. He is also an art director for publisher Knopf/Doubleday, so Noisecreep readers may have seen his work on novels like Dan Brown's 'The Lost Symbol' or Jeff Lindsay's 'Dexter' book series.
The artwork features a series of machines that are involved the the titular "series of unfortunate events". "We had complete faith in him to come up with whatever he wanted for us,' said Danza vocalist Jessie Freeland, of the artwork. "The concept behind the art is an arrangement of old Victorian style machines, where each machine creates a domino effect that triggers all of the machines in the series... with an outcome that completely destroys everything!"
The band just completed a tour with Impending Doom and Through the Eyes of the Dead, and has plans to tour extensively throughout the year in support of 'Danza III'.
