Steven Tyler Hospitalized in Paraguay

Steven Tyler, the iconic frontman of Aerosmith and judge on 'American Idol,' had a health emergency in Paraguay today. The 63-year-old singer took a tumble in his hotel bathroom.
Tyler went to the emergency room after slipping in the shower and cutting his face. He needed dental implants after losing two teeth in the accident.
Aerosmith is currently on tour in South America and were supposed to play in Asunción, Paraguay's capital city, tonight, Tuesday (Oct. 25). Because of Tyler's accident, the show has been delayed till Wednesday night. "Mr. Tyler had a small accident that prevents him from staging the concert tonight," Marcelo Antunez, a spokesman for the local concert organizers, told reporters.
He is expected to fully recover.
