Nickelback Named #1 'Musical Turnoff'

Tons of people meet significant others online these days. If you've got an online dating profile, you probably list things like your job, hobbies, favorite vacation spots and maybe even your musical tastes. If you do choose to list your favorite musical artists, you might not want to mention Nickelback.
According to dating site Tastebuds.fm, listing Nickelback as a favorite band is a deal breaker for most folks. In fact, Nickelback ranked #1 in the "musical turnoff" category.
But the Canadian mega-stars aren't the only musicians to get a bad rap amongst online daters. Apparently, Lady Gaga, Ke$ha, Coldplay, U2, Creed, Katy Perry, Lil Wayne and Britney Spears are also despised.
So, whether you love Ms. Spears or Mr. Kroeger, or some other artists mentioned in the list, you should just leave your musical preferences off your dating profile altogether. After all, you need something to discuss on that first date, right?
