Korn Frontman Accuses President of Being 'Illuminati Puppet' in New Song
Earlier this week, Korn released a new dubstep-inspired album called 'The Path of Totality.' The record features cameo appearances from DJ/producers such as Skrillex, Excision and Noisia, among others.
Singer Jonathan Davis spoke with Billboard about the new album and some of its tracks. Of note is the song 'Illuminati' which apparently is all about the 44th president of the United States, Barack Obama.
"I feel like Obama's an Illuminati puppet... it's basically dragged this country down into the worst it's ever been," Davis explains. "You've built this house of shame' -- the White House used to be, everybody looked up at the White House and America and everything, and now I think it's like a house of shame."
These days, the term "Illuminati" is used by conspiracy theorists and refers to a "secret society," or organization aimed at a New World Order.
We have a diverse set of political beliefs here at Noisecreep. The liberal amongst us don't expect to see Davis or the rest of Korn at a Democratic rally anytime soon.
'The Path of Totality,' Korn's 10th studio album, is available now via Roadrunner Records.
