Worn In Red, 'The Road': Exclusive Song Premiere

Worn In Red's 2009 debut album, In the Offing, reflected the fading hope that punk rock might still have a role to play in the brighter tomorrows being promised at the time. But with 2012's Banshees (out Aug. 7), the Virginia-based band eschews reliance on such grand abstract notions, and instead celebrate reliance on each other.

Combined with a locked-on rhythm section and vocals that could inspire a cavalry charge, the cohesive set of bangers Worn In Red offers on Banshees shows a band in its prime, ready to inspire a legion of people to follow their hearts.
