When most younger music fans think of Republicans, they probably envision stuffy, conservative squares sitting around talking about religion and good, old fashioned family values. But then there's Gene Simmons. The KISS bassist/vocalist might have bragged about bedding thousands of women during his younger years, but he's also a Republican and proud of it.

Since we're in an election year, Noisecreep decided to put together a list of some of the more famous rocker Republicans.

I grew up voting with the Democratic Party, UNTIL they all started going in the handout and bailout direction. It's the conservatives in this country that have always worked hard and never looked for a handout and made something of themselves. Shame on those of you who comment on the Anti Christ and put down the female governor of AZ. Weren't you ever taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, keep your mouth zipped!

I have been an Alice Cooper fan for 40 years and this does not surprise me at all. I have just recently become a fan of Gene Simmons, not Kiss, just him personally, and again this does not surprise me. Both of these men, believe in hard work is what gets you success.
