Gene Simmons, Wolfgang Puck Join Forces for 'Rocktoberfest' This Week

KISS legend Gene Simmons and celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck have teamed up for the Oktoberfest celebration. The pair kicked off the week-long Rocktoberfest at L.A. LIVE on Monday, Oct. 15.

Presented by Simmons' own Rock & Brews restaurant, Rocktoberfest is a tribute to the two centuries-old Bavarian tradition with a schedule of events taking place at L.A. LIVE in downtown Los Angeles from October 15-21. The nightly party will include live music, DJs, celebrity guests and Puck's famed cuisine -- oh yeah, and a never-ending parade of national and international beers.

Noisecreep attended the Rocktoberfest launch party and can attest to the fantastic food and beer selection being offered at the event. We were also treated to live music from an all-star band that featured Eric Dover (Slash), Teddy 'Zig Zag' Andreadis (Guns N' Roses), Robbie Crane (Ratt), Brent Woods (Wildside), among others. They were joined onstage by Simmons, Gilby Clarke (Guns N' Roses), and Bruce Kulick (KISS) throughout the night.
