Always a workhorse, Dream Theater are back in the studio working on what will be their 12th studio album.
Noisecreep had the pleasure of speaking with the Dream Theater's keyboard wizard, Jordan Rudess, via Skype, late one night this week after he returned from one of the kickoff studio sessions to get a sense of how the band is approaching this new effort. We also wanted to know what it feels like to be back in the studio after receiving such a monumental reception for their last effort.
As always, Rudess captured the moment and got us a little more than intrigued about just what direction this next album will take (we apologize for the bit of video drop off in the middle).
